A lot of organisations have shifted to people working at home during these difficult times, it is important to remember that we still need to ensure our workforces welfare.
As part of their advice they have produced the video below, providing guidance to people working at home temporarily on how best to setup their working space.
It is also important to keep in touch, remember not everyone will have someone else with them at home, so ensure you have regular contact as poor contact can lead workers to feel disconnected, isolated or abandoned. This can affect stress levels and mental health.
